Are there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?
No there is no charge except that mentioned along with the item. This is what you pay.
Is there any point system?
Yes, when you place any order and your order being delivered successfully, That time you got some point after successfully delivery and that point is mentioned in delivery confirmation mail. You can also check your point any time by clicking "Your Point" (top link of the website).
What are delivery charges on GoGift.in?
Delivery charge is Rs 100/- for normal time and big cities. If you want to deliver in Late Night (9 PM to 11:30 PM) or Mid Night (11:30 PM to 12:00 Mid Night), delivery charges would be Rs 300/-. For small city, where our vendor has to move from long distance, delivery charge is Rs 300/-. When you place the order, It shows delivery charges with respect of timing and cities.
Can I order the flowers to be delivered the same day?
Yes, same day delivery is possible all over India if the order is placed till 1500 Hrs Indian Standard Time (+0530 GMT) as shown on the top right of this page.
What if I need to get the delivery made on the same day but its past 1500 Hrs IST, or What is Express Delivery?
For delivery in Delhi(and NCR), Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai we have express delivery service. For which orders are taken till 1700 Hrs. IST (+0530 GMT). We give no guarantee for the delivery in the same day for Express Delivery. You are charged only if we deliver the flowers. You order for the next day and send an email to email@example.com quoting the order number, we will make our utmost efforts to make the delivery and intimate you for the same. There are no extra charges for Express Delivery.
Can I send some message along with the Flowers?
Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.
How do I know if GoGift.in has received my order?
As soon as we receive an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. Also, order status is updated in the order tracking section, the status can be checked there.
I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?
As soon as we receive the order, an order confirmation email is sent and order status is created in your customer section. As we get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take a few seconds to several minutes. If you have not received the email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking.
If in the order tracking section, the card status is not verified and it has been some time that you have not got our email, then you can again make the payment by clicking on the link "Pay Now". By doing so through this link you will be charged just once, though you may get a new order number. Or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any assistance.
How are the flowers delivered?
All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities and strict guidelines and standards are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are up to the standard laid by the industry.

Is the delivery possible for holidays?
Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.
How do I know if my order got delivered fine?
GoGift.in guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirmaing the delivery. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section (Link on the top of the website). Also if by any reason the order cannot be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reported his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us at email@example.com to claim a non-delivery with reference to your Order Number.
What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?
In rare cases like these, the full amount will be refunded. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
When will the order be delivered, what time?
We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in checkout form or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?
In this case the delivery is made to the neighbours, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf.
How can I get personal assistance?
You can contact us on email@example.com any time, or you can just call the GoGift team if you require any personal assistance from us.
Where can I enter special instructions?
If you have additional delivery information such as an additional phone number or address, kindly write in the additional information box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
How can I cancel or reschedule an order?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email at email@example.com, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date.
How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints value of the order cannot be changed. This order is to be canceled and a new order is to be placed.
What if I am confused about what to send?
No problem, you can just let us know your budget for the flower arrangement you would like to send and our experienced and talented florists will create something suitable for you in your budget and get it delivered with your emotions. What do I do if I forgot my member password?
Click on login, and on the login screen click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted for your email id. Your login information will be sent on this email id.
How long will the flowers last?
Different Flowers have a different shelf life but again a lot depends on how care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature, we cannot give the Guarantee for the life of the flowers.
How can I best care for my flowers?
To keep your flowers fresh and long-lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems underwater. You may also add a floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care, your flowers are expected to last for approximately 5 days.
